Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the prosecution version only the role of catching hold is assigned to the applicant whereas the role of causing fire arm injuries is attributed to the co-accused Kallu alias Indrabhan.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sukh Lal involved in case crime no. 707 of 2006 under Sections 302 I.P.C. P.S. Bisalpur District Pilibhit be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
