Sri Virendra Pratap Pal, Advocate holding brief of Sri Lallan Prasad Pal, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has been instructed not to press this special appeal. He, therefore, submits that the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.  

The special appeal is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.
