It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is father in-law of the deceased. According to the F.I.R. the specific role of causing injury by knife has been assigned to co-accused Deepak and he was apprehended on the spot at the time of alleged occurrence and the applicant was not present at the place of occurrence.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Subhash Chand Sharma involved in Case Crime No. 325 of 2006, under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 120-B I.P.C. and Sections ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sector- 24, Noida , District Gautam Buddh Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
