Heard learned counsel for appellant Ram Ji and learned A.G.A on the prayer for bail.
Summon the trial court record within three weeks.
It is alleged that appellant Ram Ji fired at the victim but missed the aim and the shot fired by him did not hit the victim.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that appellant Ram Ji is entitled to be released on bail . Let appellant Ram Ji convicted under sections 302/34 IPC and sentenced thereunder in Sessions Trial no. 235 of 2004 ( State Vs. Ram Ji & others) be released on bail during the pendency of appeal on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai.
The C.J.M, Jalaun at Orai, shall send photocopies of personal and surety bonds executed and furnished by and on behalf of the accused- appellant to this Court soon thereafter.
