HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Vineet Saran, J

It is the case of the petitioner that she was working with the respondent-School, which is an unaided private school. By the impugned order dated 31.10.2005 the salary of the petitioner has been reduced. Aggrieved by the same, she has filed this writ petition. Admittedly, the respondent-institution is a private Body and not an authority under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. As such, in my view, this writ petition would not be maintainable. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner may take such other recourse for redressal of her grievances, as may be permissible in law.
