Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

This application has been moved for deleting the name of petitioner No.1 from the array of the parties in the writ petition. Since the petitioner No.1 does not propose to press this petition, his name may be deleted. Accordingly the application is allowed. Necessary amendment in the writ petition be made within three days.

There is no office report about the service of notices issued to the respondents. The Section Officer concerned will explain and put up with service report before the Registrar concerned and then list it in the week commencing 20th March, 2006.
