This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Naresh alias Nanda involved in case Crime No. 580 of 2004, under section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters Act, Police station Khurja Nagar, district Bulandshahar.
Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and learned AGA and have perused the record.
The applicant was challaned under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters Act. The gang chart indicates that there are 12 cases against the applicant. The applicant has been acquitted in two cases and has been enlarged on bail in 10 cases. The prosecution has not controverted that the applicant has been granted bail in case Crime No. 485 of 2004 under sections 302, 394, 411 and 201 I.P.C., Police station Khurja Nagar, district Bulandshahar. Taking into consideration all these facts, I find it to be a fit case for grant of bail.
Let the applicant Naresh alias Nanda involved in case Crime No. 580 of 2004 under section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters Act, Police station Khurja Nagar, district Bulandshahar, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar.
