HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble V.D. Chaturvedi J.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner even on the revision of the list.

I have gone through the contents of the affidavit of Umesh Awasthi. After considering the contents of affidavit and the argument of learned A.G.A. I see no reason to transfer the case in any court out side the District Kanpur Nagar.

The application for transfer of the case to any district is therefore, rejected.
