This writ petition has been filed seeking large various reliefs. However, at the time of submission, learned counsel for the petitioner  submitted that the application dated 05/12/2003 filed under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 151 C.P.C. in O.S. No. 1100 of 2005, Chhote Vs. Tulsi Ram & Ors may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition  requesting the respondent no.1, learned Civil Judge (JD) Kanpur Nagar to decide the application dated 05/12/2003 filed under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 151 C.P.C. in O.S. No. 1100 of 2005, Chhote Vs. Tulsi Ram & Ors expeditiously.
