Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra  and the learned counsel for the respondents Sri R.A. Chauhan holding the brief of Sri Subodh Kumar.

Under the provisions of Section 7-B of the Indian Telegraph Act, the petitioner may approach for appointment of arbitrator to decide the claim of the petitioner. In these circumstances we direct that the same may be done by the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.  No order as to costs.
