Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents and have perused the record. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this application is being disposed of at this stage.
The applicants are accused in case crime no.93 of 2007, under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 452, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Heempur, District Bijnor. This application has, thus, been filed with the prayer that in case if the applicants surrender before the court below, their bail applications may be considered on the same date.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this application is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if the applicants surrender in the aforesaid case before the court below within two weeks from today and apply for grant of bail, their bail applications shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is finally disposed of. No order as to cost.
