Pursuant to the order dated 11.7.2007, the case is listed today.

In compliance with the directions given in the said order dated 11.7.2007, the Office has placed on record the Substitution Application alongwith the Delay Condonation Application in respect of the respondent no.1.

Shri Abhishek Tripathi holding brief for Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the defendant-appellant states that besides the aforesaid Applications in respect of the respondent no.1, similar Applications were filed in respect of the respondent no.2 also on 4.7.2007. The said Applications in respect of the respondent no.2 have not been placed on record.

Office is directed to trace the same, and place them on record.
