Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail and has contended that the applicant has previous criminal history. In the instant case no recovery has been made out from the applicant and his name has been mentioned in the alleged confessional statement of co-accused Purshottam. The co-accused Sukhdeo has already been granted bail by this Court a copy of the bail order has been produced by Sri Shah.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact the applicant is entitled for bail on heavy sureties.

Let the applicant-  Devendra  involved in case crime No. 15  of 2006   under   sections 392/411/420   P.S. Link Road,   district       Ghaziabad  be enlarged on bail on his  executing  a personal bond and furnishing  two  sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned .
