      Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vijay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

     The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial court be directed to dispose of the partition suit expeditiously and within a time bound period. The suit is of the year 2003. In the circumstances the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

    With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
