It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that respondent nos. 3 and 4 have illegally allotted certain agricultural land to the allottees. The allottees have not been made parties in the writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to file an application under Section 198 (4) U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act for cancellation of patta. No ground for interference has been made out. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
