The only prayer pressed by Sri Pradip Rai holding brief of Sri Sankatha Rai counsel for the petitioners is that the objections of the petitioners under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.Consolidaiton of Holdings Act are pending before the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur-I, Jaunpur, respondent no.2 since about the year 2002 and no order has been passed thereupon and the same may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously and within a time bound period. It is stated that evidence in the case has already been let in. In the facts and circumstance it is appropriate that the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur-I, Jaunpur, respondent no.2 shall try to dispose of the objections of the petitioners expeditiously and if possible within three months. Petition disposed of.
