This application has been filed against the order 2.2.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Rath, Hamirpur in case no. 532 of 2002, under sections 323,452,504,506,498 I.P.C. by which protest petition was accepted and the learned magistrate has summoned the applicants to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 323,452,504,506,498 I.P.C.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the order impugned is not suffering from any illegality or irregularity. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, considering the nature of allegations made against the applicants, it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail their bail application shall be considered and disposed of on the same day in accordance with the provisions of law. For a period of 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
