This application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 21.2.2007 passed by the C.J.M. Aligarh in case no. 6955 of 2006 under sections 302,307 I.P.C. P.S. Delhi Gate district Aligarh.
From the perusal of the order impugned, it appears that there is no illegality or irregularity in passing the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
Considering the facts, circumstances of the case and submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A., it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 15 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and for 15 days from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
