1. This writ petition is against the order dated 18.4.2004.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner. The Tribunal below recorded finding that there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner's husband was ever given temporary status, and as such he is not entitled to any pension. There is no illegality in the order. The writ petition has no merit. It is dismissed.
