Copy of the will has been annexed with the affidavit of  Smt. Maya Devi-the applicant in the case.

Issue notice to all next of kins except the applicant named in para 3.  The notice shall also be sent to the Administrator General, U.P. The step within a week. Copy of the original will filed today in court shall be kept with Registrar General in sealed cover to be produced in the court, whenever it is required in the proceeding. A citation shall be published in daily news papers 'Amar Ujala' published from Varanasi on or before 16.4.2007. List on 7.5.2007 for orders.
