With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit.

It is the case of the petitioners that in terms of the Government Order dated 16.7.2003 the petitioner-institution is entitled to the reimbursement of the fee of Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribes students for the session 2004-05 but despite having made several representations to the respondent authorities, the same has yet not been reimbursed nor the respondent-authorities have passed any order on such representation of the petitioners.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if, with regard to the grievances made in this writ petition, the petitioners file a fresh comprehensive representation before District Social Welfare Officer, Agra, Respondent no.3, along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the said Respondent no.3, in accordance with law, by a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the same.
