Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A recovery certificate has been issued against the petitioner for recovery of an amount of Rs. 17,500/- on the ground that the fund allocated for the construction of a primary school has not been properly utilised by him.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount sought to be recovered from the petitioner has already been deposited by him and there is nothing due against him, yet his salary for 5 months has been withheld for the purpose. If that be so, the salary of the petitioner which has been withheld shall be released in his favour within a period of 3 weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
