Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The allegation against the applicant Rajendra @ Raju is that he was driving the vehicle in which Manoj Sharma was being carried by other accused persons. No ransom has been realized. The applicant was not apprehended on the spot at the time of alleged recovery of Manoj Sharma.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, bail may be granted to the applicant now.
Let the applicant Rajendra @ Raju S/o Shri Ran Singh involved in Case Crime No. 237 of 2006, under Section 364A, I.P.C., P.S. Binauli, District Bhagpat be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
