Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri M. S. Srivastava appears for the respondent no. 2. Learned standing counsel appears for respondent no. 1.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the entire post retiral benefits payable to the husband of the petitioner. The petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the wife of the petitioner was working as dome in Nagar Nigam Ward No. 1 who died on 5.6.2001. Petitioner claimed that the death-cum-retirement benefits have not been paid to the petitioner who is entitled for the same. Petitioner for the above claim has already submitted representation to the Nagar Ayukta on 9.4.2007 Annexure-4 to the writ petition. Ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 9.4.2007 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
