Sri S. N. Singh has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents no. 2 to 4. Learned standing counsel appears for respondent no. 1.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of retiral benefits including the due salary under Voluntarily Retirement Scheme. Petitioner's Voluntarily Retirement was accepted on 30th November, 2006. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that although the petitioner has accepted Voluntarily Retirement Scheme and the petitioner has been relieved but the payment under the said Scheme has not yet been made.
Let an interim mandamus be issued to respondent no. 3 to make entire payment to the petitioner in consequence to the order dated 10.11.2006 within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order or to show cause within the same period.
