According to the petitioner, he is confined in District Jail, Sirsa and he had made an application to respondent No.2 i.e Superintendent, District Jail, Sirsa in the first week of October 2006, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far.
Notice of motion to Advocate General, Haryana.
On the asking of the Court, Sh.S.K. Hooda, Sr.DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice.
After hearing counsel for the parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall file fresh application for parole to respondent No.2 i.e Superintendent, District Jail, Sirsa which shall be decided by the CRL.M.No.72087-M of 2006 #2#
respondents within a period of three months from the date, the application is presented.
With this observation, petition stands disposed of.
