Ram Pal v. State of Haryana - CRM-74517-M-2006 [2006] RD-P&H 10974 (21 November 2006)

IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CRL.M.No.74517-M of 2006

DATE OF ORDER:28.11.2006

Ram Pal

...Petitioner(s)

Versus

State of Haryana

....Respondent(s)

CORUM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. AGGARWAL .*.*.*.

Present: Mr. V.K. Bali, Advocate.

M.M. AGGARWAL,J

This is petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Case is for the offence under Sections 302/304/328/420/120-B/272/201 IPC and 61/1/14 of the Excise Act, registered at the instance of Sunil Kumar.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is argued that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and that his name comes only on the statement of a co- accused. It is further argued that the petitioner was not directly involved in any commission of offence.

I have gone through order dated 22.11.2006 passed by Sessions Judge, Jind and do not find any good ground to grant anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.
