Versus

State of Punjab and Others

....Respondent(s)

CORUM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. AGGARWAL .*.*.*.

Present: Mr. R.S. Manhas, Advocate.

M.M. AGGARWAL,J

This is petition for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner by calling them time and again.

On behalf of the petitioners, it is argued that the petitioners are dealers at Pathankot and that they have not committed any offence but they are being harassed at the instance of Ludhiana party. Earlier SSP, Ludhiapa had made inquiry and had found the allegations against the petitioners false but now Gurdaspur Police is harassing.

After hearing counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with an observation that the petitioners shall approach SSP, Gurdaspur, who shall insure that the petitioners are not unnecessarily harassed.

With this direction, petition stands disposed of.
