JUDGMENT (Oral) :
The claim of the plaintiff-appellant to higher standard pay scales, has been rejected by both the courts below. It has been held that the plaintiff was granted a fresh appointment on the post of Laboratory Technician with effect from July 23, 1986. Consequently, reliance placed by the plaintiff on the judgment of this Court in Suraj Bhan and others v.
State of Haryana, 2000(1), RSJ, 205 as well as in Krishan Chand Bhardwaj v. State of Haryana, 2002(1) SCT, 399, have been held to be not applicable in his case.
It is apparent from the perusal of the findings recorded by the two courts below that the plaintiff had not completed a period of 20 years from the date of his appointment as Laboratory Technician. Consequently, the claim of the plaintiff had been rightly rejected by the two courts below.
R.S.A.No. 4025 of 2005 : 2 :
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law, arises in the present appeal.
