for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved by order of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, determining the amount of dues to be recovered. Case of the petitioner is that under the scheme of rehabilitation framed under the provisions of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985, the damages are to be waived.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of alternative remedy of statutory appeal under Section 7-I of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, we do not find any ground to entertain this petition at this stage.
Writ petition is dismissed.
