At the joint request of learned counsel for the parties and in the interest of justice, the main case posted for hearing on July 24, 2006, is pre- poned and taken up for final disposal today itself.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that the impugned order dated 19.12.2005 (Annexure P-12) has since been withdrawn by the respondents on 07.02.2006.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
The main writ petition disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
