Gaurav Maini and another Vs. State of Punjab Present : Mr. K.S. Dadwal, Advocate, for the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioner no.1 was attacked by Rajeshwar etc. He suffered injuries, which are reflected in the MLR (Annexure P-1). Thereafter, Rajeshwar etc., in order to save themselves, got the present FIR registered by the complainant, who is none other but the wife of Rajeshwar.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :- i)that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required ; ii)that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
