Learned State counsel states that the order dated 3.8.2005 (P-3), cancelling allotment of House No. 1/3, D.C. Colony, Jind, be treated withdrawn with liberty to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner shall not be charged any penal rent or extra rent from the date of order of cancellation or till date of further cancellation in accordance with law.
