On the asking of Court, Shri B.S.Chahal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider her application dated June 26, 2006 (Annexure P.1) for grant of relaxation of age to the petitioner with regard to the post of Multi Purpose Workers (Female).
From the perusal of the record, we find that a representation dated June 26,2006 (Annexure P.1) has been filed by the petitioner, which remains unresponded.
In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Chairperson and Director, Health Services (FW) Punjab, respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation (Annexure P.1) within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
