Present revision petition has been filed against an order passed by the learned Rent Controller declining the application moved by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amending the rent petition.

The learned Trial Court has rejected the application by observing that the petitioner had closed his evidence and the averments made therein were within the knowledge of he petitioner and no explanation for moving the application after a period of 8 years was given.

There is no error in exercise of jurisdiction by the learned Trial Court which may call for interference by this Court in revisional jurisdiction.
