Learned counsel for the respondents, after inviting our attention to the order passed by this Court on 15.9.2006 state, that the petitioner has since been appointed as an ETT teacher on regular basis.
In view of the above, specially in view the stance adopted by the petitioner in the pleadings of this case, as also, in the assertions noticed on behalf of the petitioner in our order dated 15.9.2006, that the petitioner was desirous only for appointment as an ETT teacher on regular basis, we are satisfied, that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
