for the appellants.
The punishment dated October 11, 1999 was successfully challenged by the plaintiff before the trial court. It was held by the trial court that since the aforesaid punishment had been awarded on account of absence from duty and the aforesaid absence is duly contended to be on account of leave having been granted to the plaintiff, therefore, punishment awarded was wholly without any justification. The appeal filed by the defendants failed before the first appellate court as well.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law arises in the present appeal.
