n.a. v. n.a. - CRM-70607-M-2006 [2006] RD-P&H 9679 (1 November 2006)

IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CRL.M.No.70607-M of 2006

DATE OF ORDER:13.11.2006

CORUM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. AGGARWAL .*.*.*.

Present: Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate.

M.M. AGGARWAL,J

This is petition against judgment dated 6.10.2006 passed by Sessions Judge, Kapurthala whereby the revision filed by the present petitioner and two others against order dated 3.6.2006 passed by CJM, Kapurthala was dismissed.

Case is for the offence under Sections 406/506/34 IPC.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is argued that the petitioner is not related to Kuldip Singh, the boy concerned and that he had just acted as a mediator and that he did not commit any offence. It is argued that there had been no specific allegation as against the present petitioner.

I find that the present petitioner had already availed of remedy of filing revision petition.

I do not find any good ground to interfere.

Dismissed.
