J U D G M E N T
Challenge is on Ext.P4 order passed by the Government under Rule 59(b) of Part III KSR reducing the pension of the petitioner. Since the rule provides for a review and since it is submitted that the petitioner has already filed a review before the Government during the pendency of the writ petition and since there is no counter affidavit, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the review petition filed by the petitioner with an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Interim order passed by this court will continue till such time.
