Radhakrishnan, J.We find no infirmity in the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge. Since the petitioner has already completed 5 years service at Kottayam, the violation of norms cannot be pressed into service as an illegality against the transfer. We find no reason to interfere with the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge. Writ appeal is dismissed.
