J U D G M E N T

The prayer is for a direction to disburse the pension of retired employees of Municipal Common Service through Nationalized Bank. Learned Government Pleader submits that the Banks are not willing and it will be open to the petitioners to accept the pension through money order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that North Malabar Gramin Bank is willing to have the arrangement. Petitioners may file an appropriate representation routing through the Manager of the Bank, in which case, appropriate action for disbursement of pension through the Bank will be taken by the first respondent within another two months. This original petition is disposed of as above.
