The petitioner has approached this Court complaining that although the petitioner has been granted a varied permit, the varied permit has not been issued after settling of timings.
2. The learned Government pleader submits that the timing conference can be convened and timings can be settled only in accordance with the priority of grant of the permit, since this Court has directed that such issue of permits shall be only in accordance with such priority.
3. Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to settle the timings in respect of the petitioner's varied permit in accordance with the priority of grant of regular permits. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
