J U D G M E N T
The request of the petitioner contained in Ext.P4 is for revision of his own timings. The complaint is that despite having made Ext.P4, the respondent has not considered the same or pass any orders thereon.
2. After hearing the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, I dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. While passing orders on Ext.P4, if the rights of anybody else is likely to be affected, such person should also be put on notice. WPC 24865/07
3. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
