Koshy,J. This is a petition for police protection. Notice was ordered by Special Messenger. Government Pleader submitted that at present there is no obstruction. Despite service of notice, no appearance is made on behalf of the third respondent. In the above circumstances, police is directed to give protection for the smooth conduct of the petitioner's company, ingress and egress of its employees, vehicles and customers. If workers or any other party have got any objection, it is for them to raise labour disputes or get prohibitory orders from the civil court. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHY
