The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
i) to call for the records relating to Exts.P1 to P4 and to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to effect the payment of the bill amount of Rs.1,29,833.54 with 12% interest covered by Exts.P1 and P2 as expeditiously as possible. ii) to issue any writ order or direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and dispose of Ext.P4 representation without any delay. There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on Exts.P3 and P4 within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
