ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the conditions imposed on the petitioners, who face allegations, inter alia, under Sec.366A read with Sec.34 of the IPC and who were released on bail subject to conditions as per order dated 8/12/06 in B.A.No.7301/06 can now be relaxed though it is too early to delete the conditions altogether.
2. In the result, this petition is allowed. Condition No.1 imposed on the petitioners as per order dated 8/12/06 in B.A.No.7301/06 is modified. The petitioners need hereafter report before the Investigating Officer between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on the first Wednesdays of all English calendar months.
