1. THE STATE OF KERALA, REP. BY
For Petitioner :SRI.SIRAJ KAROLY

The Hon'ble MR. Justice V.RAMKUMAR
O R D E R
V.RAMKUMAR, J.Bail Application No. 1062/2007 Dated this 27th day of February, 2007
O R D E RThe petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that Muvattupuzha police are at his heels in connection with some non bailable offences registered against him.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submitted that the petitioner is an accused in crime No.56/2007 of Muvattupuzha police station for offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 341 and 323 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. Since all the offences are bailable offences, invocation of Section 438 Cr.P.C is misconceived.
3. The application is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek regular bail from appropriate Court. V.RAMKUMAR,
