KURIAN JOSEPH & K.T.SANKARAN,JJ.L.A.A.No.45 of 2006
Dated this the 8th day of March, 2007
Kurian Joseph,J.The appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.213/2000 on the file of the Sub Court, Thalassery. The acquisition is for the purpose of Kannur Air Port. It is seen that the enhancement is only Rs.18,585/-. Unlike certain other cases, here the value has been fixed taking into consideration the value of improvements. The fixation thus being just, proper, reasonable and in tune with the land value fixed for the land acquired in the neighbourhood, there is no merit in the appeal. It is accordingly dismissed.
