JUDGMENT

Koshy,J

. According to the petitioner, he purchased a property as there was no passage to enter into his house. However, respondents 3 and 4 are obstructing his pathway claiming that they have possession over the property. According to the petitioner, that objection is unsustainable and they are not neighbours. In a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, we are not deciding the question of title or ownership of the property. Rights of the petitioner can be established by filing appropriate civil suit. However, police is directed to see that law and order is maintained and and lives of both parties are not endangered. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHY
