W.P.(C).No.4830 OF 2007
Dated this the 16th day of March,2007
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent Board of Directors of the second respondent society to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the sub committee of the society dismissing the petitioner from service as a punishment in disciplinary proceedings. Now both parties agree that the appeal Ext.P4 has been disposed of. However, the petitioner submits that the same was without hearing her. The counsel for the society submits that the notice was actually issued to the petitioner but she did not receive it and the petitioner has not appeared for the hearing. Whatever may be the correctness of the rival contentions, it is for the petitioner to take further proceedings against the order now passed in accordance with law. Without prejudice to such rights of the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the orders now said to have been passed in appeal, this writ petition is closed.
